This website allows owners and/or realtors to advertise available historic properties. There are no fees for a basic property listing on this website, and no fees to contact or to receive contact requests from potential buyers. We won't sell or use any information you give to us on this site for any purpose other than what the information was intended.

We currently offer 2 different types of listings to advertise your property:

Basic Listing

100% Free!
Includes ability to upload (1) photo
Includes ability to add & edit property details and specifications

Premiere Listing

$50 for 3 month Premiere Listing
Premiere Listings appear above basic listings in the search results for all relevant searches
Includes ability to link to or embed YouTube or other video feeds
Includes ability to upload a total of (10) photos
Includes ability to add & edit property details and specifications
Monitor listing statistics (# of listing views)

Featured Listings

Featured on Homepage

$50 for a 1 week "Featured Listing" on the homepage
Single slots are available on a weekly basis (there is no rotation, single slots only)

Featured on Specific Pages

1 month "Featured Listing" on a site specific page of your choice (for example, search results for a particular state or zipcode, etc.)
(4) "Featured Listing" advertising slots are available for each specific page and price is determined by page and position

Getting started is easy.

Please first review our site terms of use, disclaimer, and privacy policy.

Then, sign up for an account! Once you've authenticated and activated your account, you can immediately begin to enter your basic property listing information and upload a property photo. To upgrade a Basic Listing to a Premiere Listing, or to sign up as a Featured Listing, please contact us for payment options and availability. Once entered, your listing should appear on the website within 24 hours and will remain on the website until you remove it from your account. Once entered, you can then manage each property listing from within your account area ~ from editing the listing details, uploading photos, tracking listing statistics for the property, and reading and replying to contact requests from potential buyers.

*Note, assistance is also available for users who are unable to digitize, format or upload photos. We also offer video services including editing, formatting, and encoding digital video. Please contact us for more information, we will be glad to help.
